At the Dingle Skellig Hotel, our young guests are very important to us and over the recent years, we have introduced facilities and services to cater for all the family. Through listening to you our guests, we always strive to improve and so are delighted to announce that we have been awarded Georgina Campbell's Ireland, Family Friendly Hotel of the Year 2007. We aim to guarantee a memorable and enjoyable stay for your children, so relax, unwind and let us take care of you and your family at the Dingle Skellig Hotel.

We have a number of accommodation options for families to choose from:

Children sharing your room are charged per child and include Breakfast and Kids Tea each evening.

Children under 3 years share your accommodation for free, paying for meals only.

Our standard rooms can cater for 2 adults and up to 2 children; we would supply a travel cot or an extra bed.

If you have more than 2 children or you wish to have a separate room for your children, you may choose the option of an interconnecting room, these are 2 standard rooms with a connecting door. The children's room is charged at a room rate per night and the price varies depending on the time of year (from €125 - €185 per room per night). The price includes B&B and Kids Teas* for up to 4 children under 12 years of age. As these rooms are very popular, you will find that these are booked well in advance, so you may need to choose adjoining rooms, and again you will pay for the  children's room per night.

As you proceed through the on-line booking system, you will not be able to specifically book an interconnecting or adjoining room, and there is no option to book in infants, so you can request these in the Specials section. You will be contacted by reservations after you have made your on-line booking to confirm all of your details and therefore to avoid any confusion.

However you may prefer to call or email the hotel directly when booking family accommodation especially when the reservation is for a holiday period.

(*The rate that we charge for Kids Teas is for children availing of our special Children's Evening Meal - daily from 5.30p.m - 6.30p.m. There will be a supplement of €10.00 for children dining in the Coastguard Restaurant)
